Using the DMAIC project structure, a household was able to come together and investigate which areas or categories of improvement that could have the most impact, while still aligning with the Voice of Customer.

They identified improvements related to driving, energy usage and shopping for food.

Based on the project, they were able to:

  • help improve the environment
  • gain insight into the activities that result in carbon emissions
